This 1 bedroom spacious cottage has a ensuite bedroom with a King size bed and a private patio. Your private patio comes with a grill, lounge area, a dining table and your own washer and dryer. There are also bikes to use during your stay on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are the Houston’s – Kyle, Jennifer, Harper, and McKenna. Not so long ago, we took an adventure from Disneyland to Disney World. We arrived in Tampa and feel in love with the people, the culture and the pristine water views. Needless to say, we never left. There is nothing more important than the time we spend together.
