The complete third story of this home is called The Houston Master Suite named after the current owners.  The largest of the four total bedrooms in our historic home. The home is one block from picturesque downtown Dunedin. You have an ensuite master bedroom with king bed and kitchenette, a separate sitting room with sleeper sofa as a second sleeping space/ office area.

Shared Space

The first floor is designated as a communal space.  You will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and laundry room.  Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 8 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game.  The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
