Sitting right in the middle of all of the action that the river brings, watch the manatees or even a dolphin go by, you are surrounded by pure beauty. You are right around the bend from the famous hospital hole.
Picture yourself sitting at the seawall relaxing watching the manatee’s go by. This is an ideal place if you want to be on the main river for your next family retreat or a getaway with a group of friends. Bring your charcoal and your burgers and grill up your family’s favorite meal.
The Space
Our 2012 Tiffin Allegra is a beautiful Coach ready for its next adventure seekers. It has all of the amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay with 4 pop outs for a maximum footprint.
This is a stationary RV rental is fully stocked with all the modern amenities as your home.
Kitchen Amenities:
Toaster oven, Coffee maker, Microwave, slow cooker, stove, pans, pots dishes, silverware and cups for 8, Cooking utensils, dish soap, paper towels
Bedding Amenities:
Bedding for all 5 beds plus extra blankets and pillows under the master bed
Bath:
Soap, toilet paper, bath and beach towels
Main Living Area:
2 TV's (which sync), DVD, Surround System, CD player, Sleeper Sofa, reclining chair, 2 swivel front captain chairs
Outside:
Your outside oasis has it all. Riverfront tiki bar complete with a fan, lights and a sink. You also have a charcoal and propane Grill, Chairs, wood burning fire pit, s'more sticks, 2 extra outdoor tables, and a fan.
The backyard that overlooks the main river will keep you entertained for days. You have stepped access into the river right from your backyard, making it easy to get in and out of a kayak.
We have 3 single and 2 double kayaks for your enjoyment. We have 2 children life jackets for you to use as well. You will also find a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and a river front wood fire pit for you to use.
The “Weeki RV Retreat” has it all for you to enjoy days and days on the river.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hello, we are the Houston’s – Jen, Kyle, Harper and McKenna. I’m originally from the middle of nowhere, just outside of Kansas City and Jen is originally from Baltimore. We spent 13 amazing years out in San Francisco and now call Tampa Bay our home. Our family does everything together. We once drove our 36 foot RV from Disney Land to Disney World. Nothing is more important to us than the time we spend together as a family. That’s why we love opening up our condo to families just like yours. Knowing that we play a part in building lasting memories for families we may never meet, is a gift we can’t describe. Our hope is that the time you spend inside our home is something you and your loved ones hold dearly for years to come.
